I have been a patient at their Steubener Airline location but they were closed today (Thursday), fully booked Friday. I had experienced pain … More and dreaded a horrible weekend. They suggested their 2920 location and phone call there… fully booked! "Plz call me if you have cancelation." They DID CALL with noon availability! Got in my car…flat tire! I canceled the appointment. Then AAA showed up immediately… I called back to Gental Dental ready to beg and it wasn't even necessary, they put me right back in line. My undying gratitude to Alicia, Liza, Dr. Chan and the entire staff for uncommon customer service!!!
