  Update- Today I went for a cleaning and what a pleasant experience for someone who grew up in the military when dentists were not so gentle. I was always afraid to go. At Gentle Dental Care MsB and Dr Strickland were wonderful. My cleaning … More was thorough but time went by quickly, she was informative and a joy to talk with. Dr Strickland was great, and explained as he checked everything. I definitely will come every six months.This morning I bit down on a nut and broke a tooth. New to town I called Gentle Dental hoping to get on their schedule. To my surprise they told me to come right in. The minute I walked in they treated me like I've been a patient for the last 10 years. Within 10 minutes I was in a chair with Dr Strickland telling in it's an easy fix. And 40 minutes later I was walking out with my temporary crown. Wow what a great experience. If you need a dentist, this is the place.My husband went to Dr. Strickland for a broken tooth and was happy with Gentle Dental Care, so, today I went for X-ray and cleaning. I grew up in the military when the needles were huge. I have been terrified of dentists ever since. Today was a really good experience. The dental tech explained everything as she went along, Dr Strickland was great. There was no pain, I was so impressed and will be returning! I give five stars for the kind wonderful care from the front desk, dental tech, and Dr. Strickland. As a plus the cost was also very good.

  Dr. Strickland is awesome! I have had some poor experiences in the past and he did an amazing job at making sure I felt comfortable. Now, I am not gonna post a picture of my teeth on Google Reviews but trust me when I say he did an amazing … More job with this cavity I had eating away at my front tooth. It looks good as new! The assistant was really good too. Nick did a great job at making sure I was comfortable and their comedic timing made me forget that I was at the dentist. I highly recommend this practice. All around amazing, and I will be back.
